ABOUT US

In 2020, the Position Sports DREAM Initiative was established to recognize and celebrate the distinct opportunities that our industry provides in uniting groups for a common goal. We strive to establish an equitable and inclusive sports business environment. As part of this initiative, Position Sports established the DREAM Foundation as a way to support underserved college students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities aspiring for a career in the sports industry.

PARTICIPATE

The DREAM Foundation offers the DREAM Program, a unique mentorship program for students from Historically Black College and University sports business programs. Students will complete a 10-week virtual program, learning real-world skills including networking opportunities (virtually), resume building, interacting with sports business professionals, and completing a client-based interactive group project. Mentees will also have an opportunity to work at a live sporting event, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as event support, marketing strategy, sponsorship sales, communications, and social media.

PARTNERS
