The DREAM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving underserved college students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities aspiring for a career in sports business. We recognize that these students did not have the same career opportunities, either due to location (only 28% of HBCUs are in a city with a professional sports team) or resources. Our mentorship program brings the real-world classroom to students while providing actual event externships to gain experience and develop a network of connections.
